The Founder and Visionary of Liberia Medical Assistance Foundation is Mr. Napoleon Nyanmezei Gbalah, a Nimbaian, who traveled to the United States of America in 1997, with the determination to obtain an advanced degree in Business Administration. Mr. Gbalah promised the American Consular that he would return home upon completion to assist his brothers and sisters who are not so fortunate to come to America.
